Elliott is set to run on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway dirt track
Earlier this year, Chase Elliott made his debut in a dirt midget. He’s run a handful of dirt races since, including a dirt late model at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Now, more dirt racing is on deck for the defending NASCAR Cup Series champion. Elliott will race in the BC39. It will be Elliott’s first run at the track
Indycar veteran Conor Daly will also run the event.
The race is hosted on the 1/4-mile infield dirt track at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The event runs August 18-19th, 2021.
Daly has run this very event in the past. He raced it in 2018 as well as 2019. The event did not take place in 2020.
Elliott will drive the No. 9 out of the Paul May Motorsports stable.

The NASCAR-IndyCar double-header takes place on August 13-15, 2021. The week at Indianapolis will conclude on the dirt track August 18-19th, 2021.
