Tonight, it’s the third and final night of racing in the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series unloads in Sarvar, PA for the first time. The feature winner will hit the road with a check for $50,000.

Race Report
Green flag, McCreadie clears him via the outside lane.
Lap 5, Sheppard is all over the bumper of McCreadie in the battle for the lead.
Lap 6, Jimmy Owens is around, caution.
Green, McCreadie leads into turn one. Earl Pearson Jr run side by side with Sheppard for 2nd. Pearson Jr brushes the outside wall and takes the spot away.
Lap 12, Sheppard moves to the top and he’s found speed. He drives right by Pearson Jr to reclaim 2nd.
Lap 15, McCreadie has caught the tail of the field. Sheppard closes to his bumper as they race through lap traffic.
Lap 25, Brandon Overton looks outside of Sheppard for 2nd but he can’t complete the pass.
Lap 45, Tyler Erb slows, caution.
Green, McCreadie leads Sheppard and Overton off turn two.
Lap 56, McCreadie opens the gap. He leads Sheppard by 2 seconds.
Lap 57
Lap 57, Spencer Hughes slows, caution.
Green, McCreadie leads as Sheppard and Overton run side by side for 2nd. Several laps later, Overton finally clears Sheppard.
Lap 70, McCreadie has caught the tail of the field. Overton is running him down slightly.
Lap 75, Jonathan Davenport heads to the infield and call it a night, no caution.
Lap 80, McCreadie is slicing right through the lap cars. Overton now trails by 2 seconds.
10 to go, McCreadie leads Overton by 2.3 seconds. Both drives are glued to the inside lane.
4 to go, lap cars run side by side ahead of the leader. Overton closes slightly.
1 to go, Overton has closed to within a car length! He forces his way through lap traffic but he’s out of time.
