The team has provided an update after 2 team members were treated at the hospital
Reaume Brothers Racing fields machines in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Truck Series. The team is owned by Josh Reaume and based out of Mooresville, North Carolina.
Last year, the team partnered with Ernst Berg to form Hezeberg Racing. They fielded a part-time entry in the NASCAR Cup Series.
On Thursday, the Reaume Brothers Racing shop caught fire.
The Mooresville Fire and Rescue stated the fire was quickly extinguished. However, three patients have been treated.
The team has posted the following updates:
“Earlier this afternoon, there was a fire at the RBR shop,” the team confirmed via social media.
“An investigation into the cause is ongoing. We are in the process of determining the extent of the damages.”
“More importantly, a few of out team members did sustain injuries during the fire and being transported for medical treatment.”
“Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.”
