Penalty Level: Safety

Infraction: (Sections 8.8.10.4.C): Tires and Wheels. Note: Loss or separation of an improperly
installed tire/wheel from the vehicle during the event.

Penalty: Crew members ( Josh Sobecki and Michael Johnson ) have been suspended from the next two Cup Series Championship points events.

Driver/Team: JJ Yeley No. 51

Infraction Date: September 24, 2023

Penalty Level: Safety

Infraction: (Sections 8.8.10.4.C): Tires and Wheels. Note: Loss or separation of an improperly
installed tire/wheel from the vehicle during the event.

Penalty: Crew members ( Matthew Schlytter and Coleman Dollarhide ) have been suspended from the next two Cup Series Championship points events.

Penalty: Crew chief ( Jeff Meendering ) has been fined $5,000.
