The qualifying procedure has been modified due to a rain delay. The field will still qualify in groups with the top 5 in each group setting the top 10. There will be no round two of qualifying. Group B sets the inside row while group A sets the outside row for 11th on back.
All of the top five cars in Group B were faster than group A cars. They lock out the top 5.
Kyle Larson will start from the pole position. He turned a laptime at 23.084 seconds.
