A sold out crowd of 30,000 NASCAR fans have arrived in Rockingham, North Carolina. For the first time since 2004, Rockingham Speedway is set to host the NASCAR Xfinity Series on the 0.94-mile oval.

Connor Zilisch is credited with the pole position. However, the team had a flat tire after their qualifying run and he’ll be dropping to the rear of the field.

Stage 1 – Report
Laps: 60 (1-60 / 250)
Green flag, Sanchez drives it deep to the bottom in turn one and he clears Retzlaff off turn two.
Lap 13, Vincente Salas finds the inside wall, caution.
Green, Sanchez leads Sawalich off turn two.
Lap 45, Jesse Love pulls inches off the back bumper of Sanchez exiting turn two. Sanchez gets completely sideways off the corner and Love takes the lead away!
Lap 52, the lap car of Katherine Lagge slows drastically into turn one. William Sawalich drives into the back of her. She spins and collects Kasey Kahne. The caution is out.
Love leads most of the leaders to the pit lane. Love has contact with Thomas Annunziata as Love leaves his stall! Kvapil wins the race to the pit exit. Nick Sanchez elects to stay out with 8 others.
Green with 2 to go in stage one, Sanchez gets the jump and he’s clear before turn one.

Stage 2 – Report
Laps: 60 (61-120 / 250)
Sanchez heads for the pit lane. Sanchez returns to the pit lane after the pit crew missed a lugnut. Carson Kvapil stays out after pitting late in stage one and cycles to the race lead.
Green flag on stage two, Kvapil gets the jump and he’s clear into turn one.
Lap 97, Love works under Kvapil off turn four. Love drives it deep into turn one and he slides him for the lead. As Love runs wide, Kvapil crosses under him and Kvapil reclaims the lead.
Lap 103, Love works even with Kvapil. He attempts to box him in behind lap traffic but Kvapil holds the lead.
Connor Zilisch picks up a flat tire and pits under green.
Lap 109, Sheldon Creed finds the outside wall with help from Justin Bonsignore and the caution is out.
Kvapil leads most of the field to the pit lane. Brandon Jones wins the race to the pit exit. Dean Thompson takes over the front row.
Green, Thompson leads off turn two.
Dean Thompson wins stage two at Darlington Raceway!

Thompson dives for the pit lane. Brandon Jones cycles to the race lead.
Green flag on stage three, Jones and Love runs side by side for the lead. Love has momentum via the outside lane. Sawalich spins behind them and the caution is back out.
Kasey Kahne is back on the lead lap. He’s still missing a right front fender.
Green, Love clears Jones via the outside lane.
113 to go, Greg Van Alst spins, caution.
Green, Love holds off Jones once more.
103 to go, Parker Retzlaff slows with a flat tire. Patrick Emerling spins, caution.
Green, Love and Kvapil run side by side, Love clears him.
93 to go
93 to go, Justin Bonsignore spins off turn two and he slams the inside wall, caution.
Love leads most of the field to the pit lane. Kvapil wins the race to the pit exit. Ryan Sieg is handed the lead as six cars stayed out. Sieg’s tires are 10 laps older.
Green, Ryan Sieg leads off turn two as Kvapil is three wide and coming to the front with fresh tires.
69 to go, Kyle Sieg and Ryan Ellis spin off turn two and the caution is out.
Green, Ryan Sieg leads as Jesse Love slices his way up to 2nd.
50 to go, Sieg leads Love by 1 second.
24 to go, Blaine Perkins is in the wall with a flat tire, caution.
Green, Sieg gets the jump and he’s clear before turn one. Love holds 2nd off turn two.
16 to go
16 to go, Sieg washes up the banking into turn three. Love pulls even on the inside. Daniel Dye spins with help from Josh Biliscki and the caution is out! Kasey Kahne is also collected.
Ryan Sieg would have restarted as the leader but he’s out of fuel! Jesse Love moves to the lead under caution.
Green, Christian Eckes stalls on the restart from row two and the field stacks up behind him! Multiple cars slam the wall including Ryan Sieg, Justin Allgaier, Brandon Jones and five others. The red flag is out.
Green, Sammy Smith slides Love and he takes the lead into turn one!
3 to go, Connor Zilisch gets sideways but he saves it. He clips Sam Mayer and Mayer spins in front of the field. The red flag is back out.
Green in NASCAR Overtime! Love shoves Smith into turn one. Smith runs wide and Love takes the lead away!
1 to go, Love leads Smith by three cars lengths.
