AM Racing will continue to operate in 2026.

However, the two teams have failed to reach a final agreement. AM Racing will continue to run full-time in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2026.

Harrison Burton made the 2025 playoffs with AM Racing. For 2026, he has departed the team for Sam Hunt Racing.

AM Racing has not made any driver announcements.

AM Racing statement

“In November of 2025, an acquisition of AM Racing was announced,” the team opened in a statement.

“While the transaction ultimately was not finalized, AM Racing will move forward independently and remain committed to competition in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.”

“The organization will build upon its existing foundation for the upcoming season, with driver and team announcements forthcoming.”

The 2026 season is set to begin February 14th at Daytona International Speedway.
