Green flag, Day gets the jump and he’s clear into turn one. Parker Retzlaff skates off the bottom into the left rear of Justin Allgaier off turn two but they both keep rolling.
Cleetus McFarland gets sideways after making a three wide move to the inside. He avoids damage as he saves it on the apron, no caution.
Lap 41, Allgaier makes it three wide for 2nd with Jesse Love and lap traffic.
Lap 49, Blake Lothian is around, caution.
Day leads the field to the pit lane. Love wins the race to the pit exit. Taylor Gray stays out with three others.
Green with 6 to go in stage one, Day slices to 2nd before the exit of turn two!
4 to go, Day dives inside of Gray into turn one. He wiggles on the inside of turn three. As they return to turn one, Day is clear for the lead.
