GMS Racing will field a Pro Late Model for Dale Earnhardt Jr at Florence Speedway
On Monday, Dale Earnhardt Jr shared of photo he took at GMS Racing. That quickly led the internet to speculate.
Today, there was a new announcement. Dale Earnhardt Jr is set to make his CARS Tour Pro Late Model debut.
Dale Jr is the co-owner of the CARS Tour. He’s made several starts in a Late Model Stock. However, he has never entered a CARS Tour race in the Pro Late Model division.
He will drive for the No. 23 GMS Racing entry this week at Florence Motor Speedway. The track is located in South Carolina.
Last year, the NASCAR Hall of famer raced the event in a LMSC.
Earlier today, it was announced that Connor Zilisch will drive the No. 8 Late Model Stock in the same event. He’s bringing RedBull sponsorship along with him to the JR Motorsports machine.
