Tony Vermeer comments
“After a lengthy meeting, we’ve decided to name Brady Bacon as our driver for 2027,” Tony Vermeer, Vermeer Motorsports Team Owner stated via Fully Injected.
“It’s pretty clear that he has the same mentality, the same passion, the same focus, and the same drive as Tye [Wolfgang] and myself…a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude, and that’s what it takes to be successful. A philosophy I not only utilize in racing, but in the business world, as well.”
“Our goal is to not only build our race team bigger and better, but also contend for wins and championships, and with Brady, I know the potential for all of those will be greater. The competition is tough, but I’m a firm believer in hard work and a fierce attitude, and applying those will only elevate you to the next level.”
Tye Wolfgang comments
“His experience and accomplishments speak for themselves. He brings a wealth of knowledge and I’m excited to work with him in building a successful race team,” stated crew chief Tye Wolfgang.
“His focus and his drive is pretty remarkable…always willing to do whatever it takes to take things to the next level. The 2027 season is going to be something special for Vermeer Motorsports.”
