Hooters returns to NASCAR for the championship race in Miami

Cole Custer will have a new paint scheme for the championship race

Haas Factory Team has announced a new sponsor for Cole Custer. Hooters is making a return with sponsorship of the No. 41 car.

Hooters last sponsored a NASCAR Cup Series team in April 2024 with Chase Elliott. However, they abruptly left the sport.

Hendrick Motorsports officially terminated the agreement in July 2024. The team noted that Hooters failed to meet financial and business obligations.

Hendrick opened a lawsuit seeking $1.705 million plus interest. The team claimed that Hooters only made a small payment of $45,000 in March 2024.

A settlement agreement was reached between Hooters and Hendrick Motorsports in March 2025. Court documents show Hooters agreed to pay $900,000.
