Today, the NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. But this time, it’s different. A grip strip has been activated by PJ1 trackbite. It’s a new New Hampshire.

Kyle Busch will lead the field to green. Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski battled side by side into turn 1. It doesn’t take long, Kyle Busch has tagged the wall. Minor damage.

Caution. Rain. Kyle Busch Motorsports will get a chance to assess the damage on pit road. This could save his day.

The rain will likely change this track dramatically. The PJ1 is likely to be washed off. Not completely, but enough to make it different when they go back to green.

30 laps to go, the field is undergoing a green flag pit cycle. Trouble for Brad Keselowski. He left his pit stall with the gas can. Violation. He will need to return to the pits. Keselowski was the leader before the pit sequence began.

23 to go, Kyle Busch leads Ryan Preece by 8.8 seconds. In the blink of an eye, it’s become the Kyle Busch Show.

A caution will be needed to get Brad Keselowski in the race. After serving his stop and go penalty, he’s 5th. A full 22 seconds behind Kyle Busch.

15 to go, 5 laps are on the lead lap.

3 to go, Kyle Busch leads Ryan Preece by 10 full seconds.

Kyle Busch wins at New Hampshire Motor Speedway! He collects his 89th NASCAR Xfinity Series win.

From victory lane, Kyle Busch comments on the penalty issued to Brad Keselowski, “That was a game changer.”

Brad Keselowski comments on his race, “It’s always fun leading the most laps. Just didn’t put the whole race together.”

Kyle Larson was asked if he was tired after running the Xfinity race. He commented honestly, “No, I’m just extremely bored.”

Indianapolis is next up for the NASCAR Xfinity Series. A whole bunch of changes will be in effect for the Xfinity teams at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
