Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 90 (1-90 / 293)

Green flag, they run side by side at the front. Larson clears Logano via the outside in turn three.

Lap 5, Brad Keselowski spins off turn two. He brushes the inside wall lightly and the caution is out.

Lap 31, the competition caution is out.

Larson leads them tot he pit entry as Logano wins the race to the pit exit. Big trouble for Kurt Busch on the pit lane. He left his pit stall but the left rear was not attached. His car drops on the ground and he stops.

Green, Logano is clear into turn one. Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr split Larson as they run three wide for 2nd! Larson wins that battle through the middle in turn two.

Lap 46

Lap 46, Kyle Busch has a run on Larson into turn three. He clears his with ease to take 2nd away.

Lap 54, Kyle Larson and Kyle Busch run side by side for 2nd. They fight for space. Larson washes up off the bottom, clips Busch and Larson goes for a spin. The caution is out.

Green, Logano and Busch run side by side for the lead. Inches between them, lap after lap. Back into turn one, Busch drives it deep, he forces Logano wide with light contact. Kyle Busch forces his way to the lead.

11 to go in stage one, Logano has closed to the bumper of Busch. He drives right by on the inside and Chastain follows him through.

Joey Logano holds off Ross Chastain to win stage 1 at Darlington Raceway!

Stage 2 – Report

Laps: 95 (91-185 / 293)

Green flag on stage two, Logano is clear into turn one. Chastain gets sideways on the outside of Kyle Busch in turn two. He stays in the throttle to hold 2nd.

Lap 115, Larson pulls to the pit lane under green. The hood goes up as the team works on a mechanical issue.

Lap 136, Logano pits under green from the race lead.

Lap 140, Truex Jr cycles to the race lead. Reddick runs 2nd with Logano in 3rd. Truex Jr pitted just a few laps earlier.

Lap 160

Lap 160, Reddick pits under green from 2nd with a vibration. He’ll go a lap down.

Lap 165, Truex Jr works heavy lap traffic with Chastain on his bumper. Chastain diamonds the exit in turn two, crosses under Truex. Ross Chastain leads into turn three.

Lap 166, Brad Keselowski runs high with a possible issue and slams the wall off turn two. Kyle Busch drives right into the back of him. The caution is out with heavy damage for both cars.

Green, Chastain and Truex run side by side for the lead. Chastain holds him off on the outside lane.

Ross Chastain wins stage two at Darlington Raceway!

Laps: 108 (186-293 / 293)

BJ McLeod pulls to the pit lane with a fire under the hood. The safety team makes quick work of putting the fire out.

Ross Chastain leads the field to the pit entry. Denny Hamlin wins the race to the pit exit.

Green flag on stage three, Hamlin and Chastain run side by side into turn one. Chastain gets loose on the inside lane in turn two! He spins across the track and into the inside wall! The caution is out.

Green, Logano cuts the apron into turn one. He slides up and clears Hamlin, Logano leads in turn two.

85 to go, Hamlin has a run on Logano off turn four. He drives it deep to the inside in turn one to complete the pass. Hamlin leads Logano and Byron.

51 to go, Hamlin brushes the outside wall. Truex Jr and Christopher Bell drive right by as Hamlin heads for the pit lane.

45 to go, Tyler Reddick has cycled to the race lead. However, he pitted really early in this stage and is hoping for another caution.

39 to go, Alex Bowman slows, caution.

Reddick leads the entire field to the pit lane. Logano wins the race to the pit exit. Slow stop for Hamlin.

Green, Joey Logano and William Byron run event into turn one. Kevin Harvick and Ricky Stenhouse Jr split Truex Jr to make it three wide for 3rd. Truex Jr gets sideways. Bubba Wallace, Cole Custer and Kurt Busch are collected as all four cars hit the inside wall. Denny Hamlin, Erik Jones, Ryan Blaney and Chase Briscoe also have heavy damage.

Green, Byron and Logano run side by side for the lead into turn one. Byron runs wide off turn two and shoves Logano in the wall. Byron to the lead!

10 to go, Byron leads Logano and Reddick by 1 second.

5 to go, Logano has closed the gap to 0.5 seconds.

3 to go, Byron leads Logano by just three car lengths!

2 to go, Byron leads by just a car length. Logano gets into the bumper of Byron into turn three! Byron gets loose and tags the wall! Logano to the lead.
