Stage 1 – Report
Green flag, Shane van Gisbergen gets the jump and he leads out of turn one. Austin Hill shoves Sammy Smith into Chandler Smith and Chandler is around, no caution.
Lap 10, van Gisbergen misses the corner and he opens the door. Allmendinger works inside and takes the lead away.
2 to go in stage one, Allmendinger and most of the leaders dive to the pit lane. Parker Kligerman stays out.

Kligerman and the others who have yet to pit ahead for pit entry. Allmedinger stays out and cycles to the lead.
Green flag on stage two, Larson makes it three wide for the lead into turn one. Allmendinger runs wide but he holds the lead.
Lap 19. Gibbs outbrakes Larson for 2nd. Larson crosses under him as Gibbs runs wide, Larson retakes the spot.
Lap 21, Custer spins from inside the top 10, no caution.
Lap 26, Larson and van Gisbergen rub doors for 2nd. van Gisbergen takes the spot away in turn 20.
2 to go in stage two, Allmendinger and most of the leader dive for the pit lane.
Brandon Jones stays out and he picks up the stage two win at COTA!

Jones and the rest of the cars that didn’t pit head for the pit lane. Allmendinger cycles back to the lead.
Green flag on stage three, Allmendinger throws a block on Larson into turn one. Allmendinger holds the lead.
12 to go, van Gisbergen to 2nd.
9 to go, van Gisbergen dives inside of Allmendinger into turn 11. Allmendinger leans on his rear bumper but van Gisbergen holds the lead.
7 to go, Anthony Alfredo spins with help from Austin Green, no caution.
4 to go
4 to go, Kyle Weatherman gets into Ed Jones. Jones spins, stalls and the caution is out.
Green, van Gisbergen blocks Allmendinger into turn one. He runs Gibbs wide off the corner. Van Gisbergen leads Austin Hill into turn two.
Riley Herbst is in the wall, caution.
Gibbs runs into Allmendinger as they roll under caution.
Penalty: Allmendinger will serve a pass-through for cutting the course.
Green, Hill pushes van Gisbergen into turn one! Austin Hill to the lead as van Gisbergen falls to 3rd. Sage Karam takes 2nd.
Hill leads by 1 second as van Gisbergen quickly moves into 2nd.
1 to go, van Gisbergen is on the bumper of Hill in the battle for the lead. Larson has moved into 3rd with much fresher tires but he’s 1 seconds back.
Larson closes to the bumper of van Gisbergen. Three car battle for the win.
van Gisbergen gets into the bumper of Hill. van Gisbergen picks up nose damage and they both run wide. Larson drives right by both of them to take the lead!
Kyle Larson wins at COTA!
Penalty: van Gisbergen has been penalized for cutting the course.
