ARCA race results from Talladega Superspeedway
The first race of the weekend is set to begin in Talladega, Alabama. The 2.66-mile of Talladega Superspeedway is set to host the ARCA Menards Series.

Race Report
Green flag, Sawalich gets the jump and he’s clear before turn one.
Lap 4, Jake Finch leads the outside lane with a push from Raz. They have momentum and they’re clear of Sawalich. Finch leads the field.
Lap 7, Kole Raz pits under green with a flat tire.
Lap 17, Sawalich leaves the bumper of Finch. Raz, who is now three laps down, shoves Sawalich to the lead.
Lawless Alan pulls off the bumper to leads the outside lane. Alan is shoved to the lead! Raz clears them all to lead the pack but he’s still laps down.
Lap 27, Brenden Queen gets into the bumper of Spencer Gallagher and they spin. The caution is out.
The field is frozen as the leaders head for the pit lane for fuel, tires and adjustments. Four cars elect to stay out and Ryan Roulette and Michael Maples take over the front row.
Penalty: Finch will drop to the rear as the crew fueled and changed tires at the same time.
Green, Roulette is clear before turn one. Alan leads a train on the outside lane. Alan returns to the lead as they roll into turn three.
Lap 36, Sawalich moves to the outside lane. He pulls even with Alan at the front of the field. A lap later, Sawalich clears him for the lead.
Halfway break
Lap 39, the halfway break caution is out.
Green, Sawalich is clear into turn three with a push from Alan.
Lap 50, Spencer Gallagher blows a tire in the tri-oval and he slams the outside wall! The caution is out.
Green, Sawalich and Alan run side by side at the front of the field. Laps later, Sawalich noses ahead via the inside lane.
18 to go, Sawalich tries to block runs from both lanes. He’s hung in the middle and they split him! Sawalich drops outside of the top 5 as Lawless Alan takes over the lead.
15 to go, Cody Dennison is hard in the wall, caution.
Green with 9 to go, Alan leads Robusto into turn one.
9 to go, Andy Jankowiak leads the train on the outside lane. He clears Alan, Jankowiak to the lead with a push from Thad Moffitt.
5 to go, Alan and Jankowiak remain side by side at the front of the field. Moffitt makes it three wide for the lead off turn two! Michael Maples spins behind them and finds the wall, caution.
Green with 1 to go, Alan and Moffitt run side by side into turn one. Multiple cars tangle behind them before turn one! The caution is out and the race is over!
