Race Report
Green flag, Sawalich is clear before turn one. Tyler Reif takes over 2nd.
61 to go, Eric Johsnon Jr is stalled in turn 11. He then gets it fired, no caution.
55 to go, Kaylee Bryson stalls and re-fires, no caution.
48 to go, Will Rodgers is off track in the dirt. He slows as smoke billows. The caution is out as Rodgers can’t make it back to the pit lane.
Green, Sawalich clears Reif up the hill into turn two. Corey Day and Tyler Reif run side by side for 2nd into turn seven. Christian Eckes locks up under braking behind them and he spins, no caution. Reif is forced to avoid Eckes and Day takes 2nd away.
38 to go, Corey Day and Alon Day battle for 2nd. Alon Day wins the battle with a pass on the outside or turn two.
37 to go, Dale Quarterley spins off turn five while running 5th. He picks up heavy damage as he slams the inside wall.
32 to go, the race break caution is out. Teams head to the pit lane for fuel and adjustments as the field is frozen.
Green, Sawalich is clear before turn one. Alon and Corey Day rub fenders out of turn two for 2nd. Alon Day wins the battle for 2nd.
13 to go, Rodd Kneeland and Eric Johnson Jr fight for space into turn one. Kneeland spins and slams the outside wall. As he sits parked in the middle of the track, Robbie Kennealy drives into him with nowhere to go. Heavy damage to both cars and the red flag is out.
Green, Sawalich clears Alon Day into turn two. Alon Day and Corey Day rub fenders for 2nd. Corey Day shoves Alon Day into turn 11, Corey Day takes 2nd.
6 to go, Alon Day reclaims 2nd in turn 11.
3 to go, Kyle Keller is stalled before turn one and the caution is out.
Green with 1 to go, Alon Day shoves Sawalich up the hill into turn two. Sawalich is off in the dirt! Christian Eckes takes the lead away!
Eckes leads Alon Day into turn 11. Eckes blocks the inside lane, Alon Day looks outside. Sawalich leans on the bumper of Eckes. Sawalich works inside out of turn 11.
They bang doors in the final corner and they run side by side to the line.
