RFK Racing will enter four cars in the Daytona 500

Corey LaJoie signs on for another race with RFK Racing

RFK Racing will field the No. 99 machine in the Daytona 500. This marks their fourth entry in the event.

Corey LaJoie will be the driver of the No. 99 machine. Before the Daytona 500, LaJoie will drive the No. 6 car in The Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium after Brad Keselowski suffered a broken leg.

RFK Racing has 40 career wins with a No. 99 car. Jeff Burton and Carl Edwards both used the number during their stint’s with RFK (Formerly Roush).

Trimble will serve as the primary sponsor for LaJoie.

Brad Keselowski comments

“From a competition standpoint, having a fourth car gives us and Ford Racing a better chance to win the Daytona 500,” said Keselowski, RFK Racing driver and co-owner in the team release.

Corey LaJoie comments
