The CARS Tour field is stacked for Florence Motor Speedway
Shane van Gisbergen comes from the world of Supercars. He currently competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series for Trackhouse Racing.
SVG is branching out for this weekend.
NASCAR is opening The Chase this weekend at Darlington Raceway. The track sits down the road from Florence Motor Speedway.
Shane van Gisbergen will make his CARS Tour debut at Florence this Friday.
Hettinger Racing announced, “This 51 is ready to fly! Shane Van Gisbergen will pilot our no. 51 Red Bull Chevy this weekend at Florence Motor Speedway in CARS Tour LMSC.”

Already, it’s been announced that Connor Zilisch will race the No. 8 for JR Motorsports in the LMSC division. It marks his first race since 2024.
Additionally, Dale Earnhardt Jr will make his CARS Tour Pro Late Model debut. The field for this weekend’s race is stacked.
