Race Report
Green flag, Kofoid slides from the bottom to the top and he’s clear off turn two.
Lap 4, slow car, caution.
Green, Kofoid leads Day as Schatz takes over 3rd.
Lap 6, multiple cars tangle in turn one, caution.
Lap 11, David Gravel stalls off turn four. The point leader gets a push to the work zone.
Green, Tim Kaeding bicycles on the cushion into turn one. The car flips violently across the track. The red flag is out but the driver is okay.
This caution has allowed Gravel’s team to complete repairs and the #2 is back on track.
Green, Schatz knocks the cushion and he clears Day for 2nd.
Lap 13, Kofoid slows from the race lead! The caution is out.
Green, Schatz leads Day off turn two.
Lap 18, Day slides Schatz for the lead into turn one. He leaves room on the outside and Schatz powers back by to hold the lead. Skylar Gee spins into the infield, caution.
Green, Schatz leads Day and Windom.
Lap 25, Day slides Schatz once more. He jumps on the brakes and Schatz squeezes between Day and the outside wall to hold the lead.
