Brad Keselowski says he has many offers for 2027
RFK Racing co-owner Brad Keselowski was unable to come to an agreement with the team regarding 2027. The team anticipated him transitioning into a full-time management role but the driver intended to keep racing.
The 42-year-old then offered to buy RFK Racing. That deal was also rejected.

Brad Keselowski press conference
“The team assured me they would not hold me up from continuing my career in NASCAR with another Cup team,” Brad Keselowski stated via his press conference.
“Specifically around a buyout or sale of the 20% equity I own in the team. Very recently, we came to a verbal agreement, hopefully soon a written agreement to release my restrictions that would keep me from racing in the 2027 season in the Cup Series as a driver or as an owner and driver.”
“We were able to work through a number of hurdles to achieve that. It’s been in the works for at least a month now.”
“I’m thankful for the time we had together. This is kind of the road to the end of that time. I feel like I’m ready to be elite for the next opportunity that comes in front of me. Whether that’s as a driver, owner or manager.”

Brad Keselowski talks 2027 plans
“There are a number of opportunities in front of me in the Cup Series for 2027 and beyond. I’m not going to get into the details of what those are at this time. But, I’m eager to execute one of them as a manger in NASCAR and a driver.”
“I’m certainly not ready to retire or walk away from this sport. Now that I’ve been granted a release, I can meaningfully engage in opportunities that exist. I was more or less taking phone calls and unable to do much with them until granted that release just recently.”
“I will begin the process of selling my 20% RFK equity. So that I will have a full release for the rest of my career to do what I want.”
“Racing in the 2027 season is still not a guarantee for me. Although, it became a lot clearer and the path to get there is a little bit more visible recently. To not be able to race though, would be devastating for me. This is my life.”
