34 Raceway is being sold to Brad Stevens

34 Raceway is a 3/8-mile, semi-banked, clay oval. Originally built in 1966, the dirt track is located in Burlington, Iowa.

ATTENTION: 34 RACEWAY EMPLOYEES, SPONSORS, DRIVERS, CREWS & RACE FANS!
AS ANNOUNCED THIS EVENING DURING THE DRIVERS MEETING & AT INTERMISSION…. The Laue, Parish & Bowling Families wish to inform you all that it has been a great honor to own & operate 34 Raceway!
With great pleasure, we are pleased to announce that after 11 years of owning and promoting Southeast Iowa’s Premier Race Facility, WE ARE IN THE FINAL STAGES OF SELLING 34 RACEWAY TO BRAD STEVENS!
Brad is a Fantastic racing entrepreneur, in the racing industry, to take over this awesome facility! I’m sure you all know who he is, but…….. he is the idea originator to the premier 34 race of the season, THE SLOCUM 50, and best friend to Brent Slocum!
We are honored that Brad brings his enthusiasm, creative ideas and his 11 race event experience to 34 Raceway! We ensure all of you that he is exactly what 34 Raceway needs! He is young, full of ideas, has proven success, and is willing to take this facility to another level!
Although the sale isn’t completely final yet… We will be looking forward to handing the keys over and close on the property by mid October! And then he can GET TO WORK!
He’ll have many agendas on his plate, including working on the schedule, competing car classes, rules and working with employees & sponsors for the 2018 season! So…. PLEASE… do not bombard him with questions during that time!
Brad will need your support, motivation and dedication to continue 34 Raceway’s success! I encourage all of you to help out when you can, sponsor & support his dream come true and continue the success of the areas premier racing facility, 34 Raceway!
I don’t want to forget to mention, that along with Brad, comes his partner in crime, his long time companion, his right hand woman and the key woman to any mans success… JESSI MYNATT! We are also honored to have her helping with the operation of a longtime successful race track!!!
