Today, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will roll to the green flag for a 400-mile event. Pocono Raceway hosts the Pocono 400 in Long Pond, Pennsylvania.

William Byron will start from the pole position. He smoked the whole field in Saturday morning’s qualifying run as he claimed the pole by nearly .3 seconds.

We know Byron is quick for one lap. This is an impound race, meaning we’ll see little changes to the car from qualifying to today’s race.

But, who’s going to be quick in the long run?

Kyle Busch hates this rules package but he’s quick in all categories and will start from 2nd. Busch had the fastest overall lap as well as the best 10-lap average in final practice. For comparison, Byron had the 11th quickest average speed.
