Iowa Xfinity Race
Stage 1
Laps: 60
Green flag, Cole Custer gets the jump on the outside lane. He’s clear before turn one. Custer remains on the outside lane as he begins to pull away.
Lap 30, David Starr has lost a motor and the caution is out.
Green, Custer noses ahead on the top into turn one. Bell is hanging with him on the bottom. They run side by side into turn three. Custer holds the lead off turn four. The run three wide for 3rd, Allgaier takes that spot.
Lap 48, spin in turn Joey Gase and Vinnie Miller make contact at the entry to the corner. Both cars are wrecked and the caution is out.
The field heads to the pit lane. Custer is first in and first off. Five cars stay out. It will be a short four lap shootout to the end of the stage.
Green, Haley leads as Custer and Bell split the middle from 6th on back. Custer is up to 2nd off turn two, Bell is on his bumper.
Custer to the bottom in turn three, he’s to the lead with ease. Bell gets into his bumper off turn two, Bell looks to the bottom in turn three and they run even into turn three.
Bell side drafts into turn one. He cuts to the bottom late, drives it deep slides in front of Custer to take over the top lane.

Laps: 60
Green flag on stage two, Bell and Custer are even into turn one. Bell pinches him down at the entry he then moves to the top. Justin Allgaier has a look through the middle. Bell leads off turn two.
Lap 73, Noah Gragson heads to the pit lane under green. He has suspension issues on the right front.
Lap 85, Brandon Brown is on the pit lane under green. IHe lost a motor and it tossed fumes into the cockpit. The driver climbs from the car in a hurry and heads right to the infield care center.
3 to go in stage two, Austin Cindric and Justin Allgaier make contact off turn four. Cindric thought he was clear, Allgaier still had a fender on him on the outside.
“I think we just got put in the fence,” Allgaier radio.
Christopher Bell cruises to the win in stage two!

The field returns to the pit lane. Bell is first in and first off.
Green flag on stage three, Christopher Bell gets the jump and leads off turn two.
72 to go, the caution is out for Tyler Matthews.
The field returns to the pit lane. Bell is first in and first off.
Green, Bell gets the jump on Custer. Allgaier nearly took 2nd on the outside but Custer slammed the door shut off turn two.
35 to go, Cole Custer is in the wall in turn one. He missed the entry and caught the marbles. He made light contact with the wall, no damage and the 6th caution is out.
The field returns to the pit lane. Custer wins the race off the pit lane!
Green, they run even into turn one. Bell noses ahead on the bottom in the center of the corner. Custer powers by on the outside as they exit the corner.
27 to go, Custer is loose into turn three. Bell cuts to the bottom. They run even off turn four. Bell makes contact while trying to side draft. They both continue and Bell leads into turn one.
16 to go, Chad Finchum is in the wall and the caution is out. It’s going to be a 10 lap shootout to the finish.
Green, Custer side drafts into turn one and cuts to the bottom. Bell noses ahead off the corner on the top. Custer pulls right next to his left rear off turn two.
Christopher Bell is driving away.
