Nashville Fairgrounds TV schedule for the SRX Series; Chase Elliott comments on his debut
This weekend, the six race mini-series comes to a close. Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is set to host the Superstar Racing Experience.

The SRX Series features a mix of young and experienced talent. Cars and engines both are all spec, the same from driver to driver as provided by the series itself.
As for the track, the Fairgrounds expect it to be the biggest race in 25 years. As of Friday, limited seats remained available as a sellout was almost certain.
NASCAR champion Chase Elliott will be in the show. He’ll be lined up on the grid with his father Bill Elliott.
“You don’t have an opportunity to race with your dad, much less on a platform like this and in a series like this,” Chase Elliott said in a report by Kayla Anderson of WKRN. “There hasn’t been a lot of trash talk yet, but this might bring a side out of us that we haven’t seen before.”
In recent years, there’s been a huge push for NASCAR to return to the Nashville Fairgrounds. That fight continues as they smooth out the speed bumps along the way.
“If you’re a driver and support NASCAR going back to the Fairgrounds, if you have an opportunity to support that, show support in-person. Go be there, go race. Show it first hand, enjoy a fun Saturday night with the people of Nashville,” added Elliott.
