ARCA race results from Watkins Glen International
Next up, they’re set to drop the green flag in Watkins Glen, New York. The ARCA Menards Series is on the grid at Watkins Glen International for the Clean Harbors 100.

NASCAR Cup Series driver Chase Briscoe, Xfinity driver Riley Herbst and Truck driver Tyler Ankrum are in the field. They’re looking for extra track time on a weekend with no practice.
This is only the second time that the series has visited WGI. Ty Gibbs and Corey Heim line up on the front row.
Green flag, Gibbs is clear before the flagstand and he leads into turn one. Heim nearly works to his left rear into turn two but Gibbs leads up the hill.
Lap 2, Chase Briscoe is charging to the front. He dives to the inside of Sam Mayer for 4th. Riley Herbst started toward the back and he’s passed 11 cars, in one lap.
Lap 6, Chase Briscoe is on the bumper of Heim for 2nd. He drives right by and continues his charge to the front. Gibbs leads Briscoe by 1 second.
Lap 9, Briscoe is on the bumper of Gibbs in the battle for the lead.
Lap 11, Sam Mayer is sideways through the bus stop. He got loose under braking and spun backwards across the grass. No damage and no caution as Mayer falls to 9th but he’s still rolling.
Lap 15, Briscoe has a run into turn 6. He dives to the inside but Gibbs hangs on his outside and has the inside in turn 7. Briscoe still clears him and leads at the flagstand.
More issues for Sam Mayer. He’s cooked the braking zone in the bus stop. He slid right through it and no he’ll have to serve a pass through penalty.
Lap 17, Dale Quarterley has found the tire barrier in turn 7. Heavy nose damage for him and the caution is out.
This caution doubles as the race break caution. Cars will head to the pit lane and re-enter the track in the position they entered.
Green, Briscoe leads. Gibbs, Heim and Hocevar run three wide for 2nd, Gibbs wins that battle.
19 to go, Briscoe leads Gibbs by 1 second.
17 to go, Briscoe to the pit lane with an issue and he gives up the lead! Heim looks inside of Gibbs in the battle for the lead! Side by side up the hill. Gibbs lifts int he bus stop, Heim leads.
15 to go, Briscoe pulls down pit lane once again. The crew lifts the hood as the green flag is still out. The crew is changing an upper control arm. He’ll go multiple laps down.
10 to go, Heim leads Gibbs by 2 seconds.
6 to go, Arnout Kok spins, no caution. Moments later, Kris Wright spins into turn one from 6th! He stalls the car, refires but he’s lost a ton of positions.
5 to go, Austin Hill has climbed to the bumper of Ty Gibbs in the battle for 2nd.
3 to go, Hill has a run on Gibbs into turn six. Gibbs blocks the inside but Hill drives by on the outside and completes the pass into turn 7.
2 to go, Drew Dollar is around in turn six! No caution.
Corey Heim wins at Watkins Glen International!
