Green flag, Moran leads on the inside lane through turn one.
Lap 2, Sheppard builds momentum on the cushion. He pulls to the right rear of Moran but can’t complete the pass.
Sheppard hangs with it, side by side for the lead.
Lap 4, Moran gets sideways into turn one, Sheppard to the lead.
Lap 7, Moran fights back on the inside lane. He clears Sheppard to retake the lead.
Lap 10, Garrett Alberson is upside down in turn one and the red flag is out. The driver is ok
Green, Moran leads into turn one. Pierce and Sheppard run side by side for 2nd. Sheppard wins that battle.
Lap 30, Moran works heavy lap traffic. Sheppard is closing slightly.
Lap 38, Cade Dillard slows in turn four just ahead of the leaders and the caution is out.
Green, Moran leads as Pierce and Sheppard run side by side for 2nd. Pierce takes the spot on the outside.
Pierce slides Moran back into turn one, clear. Moran crosses under him to retake the spot.
Lap 50, Jimmy Mars is off track, he heads for the half mile, no caution.
14 to go
14 to go, Madden and Boom Briggs drive by Sheppard. Madden to 3rd.
13 to go, Ryan Gustin has a flat tire and the caution is out.
Green, Moran leads as Pierce and Madden run side by side for 2nd. Pierce knocks the cushion as Madden works the inside, Pierce holds him off.
11 to go, Pierce slides Moran for the lead. Moran crosses under him off turn four to retake the spot.
10 to go, Pierce jumps the cushion and falls to 3rd.
5 to go, Pierce gets into the back of Madden in turn three. Madden is around and the caution is out!
Madden kept the wheels spinning and he’ll restart in 6th due to the blend rule.
Green, Moran leads Pierce on the single file restart. He clears him by two car lengths off turn two.
4 to go, Shirley looks inside of Pierce, side by side for 2nd. Shirley finally clears him.
At the front, Devin Moran wins at Davenport Speedway!
