Two penalties have been issued after the race weekend. Three crew members are suspended for the next four races.

The No. 51 Rick Ware Racing team driven by Cody Ware has been handed the bigger of the two penalties. Ballast exited the framerails during a Saturday session with the NASCAR Cup Series. That brings one of the bigger penalties in NASCAR as it’s a major safety issue. NASCAR was forced to throw a red flag to retrieve the weights.
