On lap 93, Ryan Blaney hit the pit lane with a flat tire. As he left the pit lane, one of the four tires was not installed. The tire rolled through several pit stalls in the process.

Per the rules, the loss of an inproperly mounted tire brings a multiple race suspension for many crew members of the Team Penske machine.

Kevin Harvick had a similar issue later in the race. However, Harvick caught it much quicker and didn’t get very far out of his pit stall, avoiding the same penalty.
