At the end of the 2023 season, Kevin Harvick is set to retire. He’ll leave the No. 4 at Stewart-Haas Racing.
At the same time, the sponsorship contract with Anheuser-Busch will also expire. Reportedly, the company is exploring new options to remain in the sport for 2024.
The company is looking to stay in the sport and seeking another driver to support their brand noting, “Nothing is off the table.”
Adam Stern of the Sports Business Journal has reported that Trackhouse Racing is in discussions with the alcoholic beverage company. Ross Chastain is reported as one of the current interests.
There’s a driver named Busch in the NASCAR Cup Series. Wouldn’t that be a perfect fit? That particular driver has tossed his hat in the ring.
Kyle Busch recently jumped to Richard Childress Racing. Previously, Busch spent 15 years driving for evangelical owned Joe Gibbs Racing.

Anheuser-Busch is one of the core NASCAR sponsors, aside from their sponsorship of Stewart-Haas Racing. AB-InBev, the parent company reported 54.3 billion in profit during 2012.
Harvick has spent 23 seasons in the NASCAR Cup Series. He’s collected 60 race wins as well as the 2014 championship.
