RCR has a new chief operating officer for the 2024 NASCAR season

Richard Childress Racing have made key leadership changes ahead of the 2024 NASCAR season. Mike Verlander has been signed as the new chief operating officer of the NASCAR team.

In Verlander’s new role he’ll work alongside chairman and CEO Richard Childress as well as RCR president Torrey Galida in all areas of day-to-day operations.

Verlander was the former president and chief revenue officer for Kyle Busch Companies. Part of that job was leading Kyle Busch Motorsports.

KBM was sold during the off-season to Spire Motorsports.

“Mike Verlander is a highly respected industry veteran who will bring a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to RCR as he helps us chart the course for the long-term future during a very dynamic time in our sport,” said Torrey Galida, president of RCR.

“I’m excited for Mike to work with the leadership team in all aspects of our business operations and know that he will do a great job. I’d also like to congratulate Jennifer White on her new position as chief marketing officer for RCR. She has done an outstanding job setting the standard for our partners and building a strong team of marketing and communications professionals.”

Additionally, Jennifer White is the newly appointed chief marketing officer. She previously held the title of sr. vice president of marketing and communications.
