NASCAR lawsuit opened by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports
23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports have opened a lawsuit against NASCAR. They claim the sanction of forming an “illegal monopoly.”
Curtis Pulk, co-owner of 23XI Racing stated in a team release, “A true partnership, not dictatorship, is our goal.”
Jeffrey Kessler is a well known antitrust lawyer. He’s the attorney for 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports.
Kessler has stated, “NASCAR is the poster child for being an illegal monopoly. It is the only premier stock-car racing circuit in the country, maybe in the world. It got that position not by being the best, or by investing money, or by having the best thing out there that nobody competes with.”
On Wednesday, Kessler made an appearance via SiriusXM NASCAR Radio with host Dave Moody. The segment remains on the platform. However, Denny Hamlin claims the segment has been edited.

Denny Hamlin accuses SiriusXM NASCAR Radio of censorship
“While censorship is a big topic in today’s media world, Channel 90 might be the poster child,” Denny Hamlin stated via X.
“An interview didn’t go the way they hoped after our attorney continued to state fact after fact even tho they tried their best to refute, they have since edited/deleted that interview off of their channels because the narrative doesn’t fit their beliefs.”
He concluded, “If that doesn’t convince you of the bias then nothing will.”
