Tonight, the World of Outlaws unloaded in Plymouth, WI. NASCAR driver Kyle Larson joined the show at the 1/3-mile of Plymouth Dirt Track.

On lap 7 of 35, Larson was running in 2nd. He was on the cushion and chasing race leader Rico Abreu.
However, Larson suffered a major failure in the rear end of the car. The right rear wheel came off. He entered turn one, backwards and at a high rate of speed.
The car was sent into a quick barrel roll. He launched skyward and bounced off the catch fence.
Officials deployed the red flag and the safety team was quickly on the scene. Larson was able to climb from the car.
This marks the third night of dirt racing in a row for Larson. On Wednesday, he raced at Red Cedar Speedway and on Thursday he ventured to 141 Speedway.

“I think the right rear, axle or something broke,” Kyle Larson said moments after climbing from the car.
“Just kinda launched me and along for the ride. Bummer, I felt really good, pacing Rico there.”
“Glad I’m okay. Big hits but all-in-all, feel fine.”
