The property sits on the East side of Lake Norman. It was designed by architect Harry Schrader and built by Arcadia Homes.
McMurray purchased the property in 2011 for $796,000 before building the home. The mansion now sits on nearly 34 acres of land.
It was completed in 2015. The red-brick mansion spans 8,774-square-feet.
While the home is built on lake Norman with a private dock, it’s also a rare sanctuary with wooded surroundings.
The team took home earnings of $1,508,449 for his win in the 2010 Daytona 500. It was his only Daytona 500 win.
