NASCAR driver Kyle Busch lists North Carolina home for sale

Kyle Busch has listed his Lake Norman house for $12.9 million

Kyle Busch is a NASCAR Cup Series champion driver with 63 wins in the division. In 2010, Kyle Busch married Samantha Busch.

Shortly after, in 2012, they bought the 7 bed, 10 bathroom North Carolina home for $7.5 million. At the time, it was a record selling price for the area.

The home is built on Lake Norman, better known as ‘NASCAR Lake’. And it comes with it’s own private beach as well as a personal boat dock and lift.

Other unique features of the home include an elevator. The home was regularly seen on ‘Racing Wives’, a reality show featuring the Busch family.

A lot has changed since 2012. The couple welcomed son Brexton Busch in May 2015. They then welcomed a daughter, Lennix Busch in May 2022.

Additionally, Kyle Busch has since left Joe Gibbs Racing after the team was unable to secure sponsorship and thus a contract renewal. For 2023, Busch is driving the No. 8 car for Richard Childress Racing.

Now, the Busch family have placed their North Carolina residence up for sale.
