Brandon Overton throws his helmet at Bobby Pierce (Video)

Watch the video as two crew members got into a shoving match after contact at Senoia Raceway

On Saturday night, dirt late model drivers raced for a $30,000 check in Georgia. The 3/8-mile of Senoia Raceway hosted the season finale for the FloRacing Night in America series.

With 23 to go, Brandon Overton looked inside of Bobby Pierce into turn three for 3rd. Pierce was already committed to the inside lane.

They made contact and both drivers skated up the banking. Yet, they both kept it rolling.

However, just one lap later, Overton went into turn one, jumped the cushion and slammed the outside wall. He collected a Brandon Sheppard as he sat parked on the track.

Under the caution, Brandon Overton took off his helmet and walked to the mound. As Pierce rolled by under caution, Overton tossed his helmet right at the No. 32 car.

Pierce picked up a flat tire and he went to the pit lane during the caution. Overton ran over to him and reached his head in the driver’s window to have a chat.

As Overton walked away, two crew members engaged in a brief shoving match.

Bobby Pierce was crowned the 2025 FloRacing Night in America series champion. It’s the second time he’s won the series title.
