Stage 1 – Report

Laps: 45 (1-45 / 200)

Green flag, Corey Day makes it three wide for the lead on the outside into turn one. Day leads off turn two!

Lap 2, Josh Bilicki spins. In a separate incident, Carson Kvapil is upside down on the backstretch! The red flag is out. Kvapil was clipped in the left rear by William Byron. As Kvapil made contact with the outside wall, air lifted the car clear off the ground.

Green, Day gets the jump and he’s clear before turn one. Allgaier takes over 2nd.

Lap 21, the competition caution is out.

Day leads the field to the pit lane. Jones wins the race to the pit exit.

Green, Jones clears Gray to hold the lead.

Lap 37, Jesse Love pinches Austin Hill to the bottom. Hill wiggles under him and spins off turn four. William Sawalich is collected, caution.

Green, Jones is clear for the lead off turn two.

Brandon Jones wins stage one at Kansas Speedway!

Stage 2 – Report

Laps: 45 (46-90 / 200)

Jones heads for the pit lane. Eight drivers stay out after pitting late in stage one. Anthony Alfredo and Jeb Burton take over the front row.

Green flag on stage two, side-by-side for the lead. Alfredo throws a huge block on Byron. A lap later, Byron rolls the top and he works to the right rear of Alfredo off turn two. Jones follows him through for 2nd.

Lap 57, Jones has a run and he dives inside of Byron. With fresher tires, Jones reclaims the race lead.

Lap 64, Anthony Alfredo blows a tire and slams the wall. The caution is out.

Green flag on stage three, they form four wide for the lead into turn one! Creed slides Jones into turn three, Creed takes the lead away.

100 to go, Corey Day clips the left rear of Sammy Smith off turn two. Smith is around and the caution is out.

70 to go, Creed leads Gray by 0.7 seconds.

62 to go, Jones works inside of Gray off turn two. He drives it deep to the bottom in turn three. Jones takes 2nd away.

58 to go, Gray heads to the pit lane. Green flag stops are underway.

54 to go, Creed and Jones both pit under green. Taylor Gray cycles out ahead of both of them after pitting several laps earlier.

44 to go, Gray leads Creed by 3 seconds.

23 to go, Gray leads Creed by 2 seconds.

15 to go, Gray leads Creed by 1.5 seconds.

13 to go, Gray works heavy lap traffic. Creed has closed the gap to 0.8 seconds.

7 to go, the gap is now just 0.4 seconds.

3 to go, Gray leads Creed by five car lengths.
