In the 2024 Coca-Cola 600, Richard Childress had Donald Trump as a guest in the pit box. However, the race was rained out.
Around this same time, NASCAR and the teams were in stiff negotiations with NASCAR regarding the 2025 charter agreements. Jeff Dickerson, the co-owner of Spire Motorsports called Richard Childress a “cuck” in texts.
The messages have been released with court filings ahead of the 23XI/Front Row lawsuit. As to who Dickerson was speaking to, the name is redacted.

The following messages are from 2024:
Jeff Dickerson: “I hope RC says a word about this document so I can tell him what a cuck he looked like with trump.”
