“Our fans have been brainwashed”
23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports are currently suing NASCAR. The antitrust trial is set to begin on December 1, 2025.
ESPN wrote a story leading into Monday’s trial. Denny Hamlin, 23XI Racing co-owner was not happy with some of the wording.

Regardless of the trial result, it will likely result in an appeal from the losing side. This lawsuit could drag on for years to come if a settlement is not reached. Both sides recently had settlement talks but they appear to have gone nowhere.
Denny Hamlin comments
Denny Hamlin reacted via X, “Please give credit to Mike Forde for helping you write this propaganda piece that they want pushed to switch the narrative. Continuous lies about our stance, NASCARs motives for its actions, and continued message from the sanctioning body that everything is fine. Our fans know better.”
Ryan McGee of ESPN responded, “Tried to hit it down the middle, thus all the “(Fill in the blank) believes…” and “(Fill in the blank) argues…” Sorry you disagree, but thanks for reading. See you Monday.”
Denny Hamlin added, “Our fans have been brainwashed with their talking points for decades. Narratives pushed by media who are intimidated by them. Lies are over starting Monday morning. It’s time for the truth. It’s time for change.”
