Stage 1 – Report

Green flag, McDowell clears Majeski before turn one.
Lap 2, Hocevar leaves the bumper of McDowell off turn four and he dives for the inside. McDowell holds the lead for now with a push from Majeski.
Lap 6, Cleetus McFarland gets loose off turn four. He spins and slams the inside wall, caution.
Green, Tanner Gray shoves Hocevar to the lead. McDowell pulls back even on the outside lane.
1 to go in stage one, Hocevar is clear in the lead. They form three wide for 2nd. Eckes shoves Tanner Gray even with the leader.

Hocevar heads for the pit lane. John Hunter Nemechek stays out from 4th with several others.
Green flag on stage two, Taylor Gray shoves John Hunter Nemechek to the lead. Hocevar is slicing through the field.
Lap 29, Hocevar makes it three wide on the outside. McDowell shoves Hocevar even with the leader. Hocevar to the lead!
Hocevar is shuffled out of line with a possible engine issue. Chandler Smith and Layne Riggs form side-by-side for the lead.
4 to go in stage two, Jake Garcia wiggles off turn four. He over-corrects and Tony Stewart is collected. The caution is out. Stewart has heavy left and right-side damage.
Chandler Smith wins stage one under caution.

Smith leads the field to the pit lane. Nick Leitz wins the race to the pit exit with a two-tire call.
Penalty: McDowell will drop to the tail after equipment interference.
Green flag on stage three, Ricky Stenhouse Jr shoves Ty Majeski to the lead.
49 to go, Hocevar shoves Nemechek to the lead via the outside lane.
48 to go, Hocevar leaves the bumper of Nemechek. He dives inside and clears him. Hocevar returns to the lead.
43 to go
43 to go, Hocevar slows from the lead with a flat tire! Nemechek takes over the lead as Hocevar spins and the caution is out.
Nemechek heads for the pit lane. Majeski wins the race to the pit exit with fuel only. Justin Haley and Tanner Gray take over the front row.
Green, Haley is clear off turn two. Nemechek has a huge run and he climbs to 2nd by turn three. Tanner Gray leads with Nemechek on his bumper.
35 to go, Haley is hoves to the lead with help from Corey LaJoie.
30 to go, Grant Enfinger heads to the pit lane with a flat tire, no caution.
26 to go, Layne Riggs slows with a flat tire, no caution.
21 to go
21 to go, Hocevar spins with another flat tire. The caution is out.
Green, Nemechek shoves Tanner Gray to the lead.
13 to go, Hocevar spins after contact with Butcher. He spins right into the pit lane, no caution.
8 to go, they run three wide and bang doors for 2nd. Christian Eckes has a run and he takes the lead. Michael McDowell has a run and he takes the lead away.
4 to go, Taylor Gray spins off turn four. He collects Dawson Sutton and others. The caution is out.
Green in Overtime, McDowell and Honeycutt run side-by-side for the lead. Ruggiero shoves Honeycutt clear.
McDowell spins off turn four, no caution.
1 to go, Honeycutt leads Ruggiero. Ruggiero and Nemechek dives inside of Honeycutt down the back. Nemechek is into the bumper of Ruggiero but Ruggiero gets loose and finds the apron. Nemechek leads into turn three.
They form four wide for the lead off turn four! Nemechek throws a block on Ruggiero but they leave the bottom lane open and Chandler Smith fills the hole.
Chandler Smith wins the race to the line at Daytona International Speedway!
