Later today, the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series takes the green flag in Daytona Beach, Florida. Now, the field is pulling out of the garage area for qualifying to set the starting lineup at Daytona International Speedway.

Daytona TV Schedule

Carson Ware pulled out of the pits for his lap and the car made a loud noise. He then shut it down. Not sure if something broke or he just hit the chip.

The entire field turns a single lap in the opening round of qualifying. The top 10 cars then advance into Round 2 and make another run for the pole position.
