Anthony Macri medical update after Williams Grove crash

Dirt Sprint Car driver Anthony Macri suffers multiple fractures after a crash at Williams Grove Speedway

On Friday night, Williams Grove Speedway hosted a night of dirt track racing. The high-speed half-mile dirt track in Mechanicsburg, PA welcomed 410 sprint cars.

Anthony Macri was involved in a scary accident as he flipped from the race lead during the 410 sprint car feature event.

The No. 39M machine bicycled on the cushion while racing through lap traffic. The car hooked right into the outside wall. He landed on top of the wall.

The car was then sent into a series of flips across the track. The driver was transported to the hospital after the crash.
