Squirrel causes lengthy delay at Texas Motor Speedway
On Friday, NASCAR is on track at Texas Motor Speedway. It marks the opening day of a triple-header race weekend.
NASCAR Truck Series qualifying went into a funny delay. A squirrel ran onto the racing surface, forcing officials to chase it down.
5 minutes later, they were still chasing it.
Front Row Motorsports joked, “How many track workers does it take to catch a squirrel?”
Kaulig Racing, “Jerry Jones should’ve drafted this squirrel. He’s broken at least 10 tackles so far.”
