Race Report
Green flag, Palou throws a block on row two and he leads into turn one. Christian Lundgaard picks up wing damage behind them after running into the rear wheel of Scott Dixon. Lundgaard drops to the rear of the field.
Lap 13, Palou leads Armstrong by 4.6 seconds.
Lap 14, Palou dives for the pit lane from the lead with Armstrong. Rosenqvist takes over the lead. Romain Grosjean has lost a wheel after the pit stop and the caution is out!
Rosenqvist pits at the time of the caution and he beats Palou to the pit exit line as Palou was on track. No blend is needed under caution. Rosenqvist takes over the lead with fresh tires.
Green, Rosenqvist leads Palou into turn one.
Penalty: Scott Dixon has been handed a penalty and will serve a drive-thru.
Lap 29, Palou pits from 2nd.
Penalty: Palou will serve a pass-thru penalty after speeding on the pit lane.

Lap 30, Christian Rasmussen is stalled on the track. The caution is out.
Rosenqvist heads to the pit lane under yellow. Armstrong cycles to the race lead after pitting just before the caution.
Green, Armstrong leads Malukas and Rossi. Rosenqvist restarts in 11th. Palou restarts 8th after serving his penalty.
Lap 33, caution for debris.
Green, Armstrong leads.
18 to go, Palou dives inside of Power for 6th. Power crosses under him. Palou finally clears him.
13 to go, Armstrong pits from the lead.
12 to go, Armstrong is up to 6th as the top 5 have yet to pit. Lundgaard is ahead of Armstrong by 31 seconds.
11 to go, Lundgaard heads to the pit lane. Malukas runs through the grass to clear Lundgaard! This will be the battle for 2nd at the end of the cycle.
7 to go, green flag stops are complete. Armstrong cycles back to the lead. Malukas trails by 3.6 seconds. Lundgaard works outside of Malukas. He crosses under him at corner exit, Lundgaard to 2nd.
4 to go, Lundgaard has closed to within a car length of Armstrong. Armstrong has an engine issue! Lundgaard drives right by and takes the lead!
3 to go, Armstrong is up in smoke! The caution is out.
Green with 1 to go, Lundgaard leads Malukas into turn one. Nolan Siegel spins in turn five, no caution.
Power runs wide. He hands 3rd to Rahal. Power and Rahal tangle, Rahal is off into the sand and the caution is out!
