Joey Logano and wife Brittany expecting to find out who wears the fire suit in the family

Joey Logano “stopped the bleeding” on the #22 team this weekend at Michigan International Speedway. His 3rd place yesterday run comes after a string of un-desired finishes.

Now, Joey Logano is celebrating more than just a good finish in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

Post-race, Joey Logano took to twitter, “Wanted to announce this in Victory lane. Thrilled to say Brittany and I are expecting a Little Logano on 1/11/18”

Dalana Harvick responded to the news on twitter.

Joey Logano responded to that, “Learning quick and eating words over here.”

In 2010, Joey Logano and Kevin Harvick were racing at Pocono Raceway. Contact was made a Joey Logano went around. Watch the video below.

On pitlane, Logano parked next to Harvick. They didn’t exchanged too may words. However, in the post-race interview Logano stated, “It’s probably not his fault. You know, his wife wears the fire suit in the family and tells him what to do.”

Dalana Harvick used to only be seen in a fire suit. However, that was for her own safety.

Kevin Harvick later explained, “We had some fires in the pits. It’s been a long time ago. She kinda got freaked out. So, she decided she was going to start wearing a fire suit.”

Soon after Logano’s comments, “I wear the fire suit in the family t-shirts went up for sale on the Kevin Harvick Foundation website

Kyle Petty reminded Joey Logano that this is more important than a trip to victory lane. Joey Logano wants them both, “Your so right! It would have been bad ass to announce it in victory lane though. Love you guys.”

Joey and Brittany Logano have been married since 2015.
