Following Talladega, there’s a big announcement – Dale Earnhardt Jr daughter on the way

Today, Dale Earnhardt Jr made the announcement that he is expecting a baby girl.

The announcement was posted with the photo below.

“Excited to share the wonderful news that @mrsamyearnhardt and I are expecting our first child. A little girl!!!! We are both thrilled and can’t wait to meet her,” Dale Earnhardt Jr made the announcement moments ago.

Dale Earnhardt Jr is in his final full-time season in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

In recent months, Dale Earnhardt Jr has stated that he’s interested in starting a family. As he retires as a full-time racing driver, the window to start a family is there.

Dale Earnhardt Jr and Amy Earnhardt have known since early September. The baby will likely be due in April. Dale Earnhardt Jr and Amy Earnhardt were married back in June 2015.

Oh, by the way… Landon Cassill’s wife predicted this pregnancy.
