Charlotte Motor Speedway tv viewership

On Sunday, Charlotte Motor Speedway dropped the green flag on the Coca-Cola 600. The 600-mile event is NASCAR’s longest event.

The race saw a one hour delay early in the event, due to rain. That happened before the completion of stage 1.
As the race resumed, all four stages were complete. Brad Keselowski drove to victory lane on the 1.5-mile track in Charlotte, North Carolina.
3.96 million tuned in to watch some stock car racing. That’s down from the 2019 viewership of 4.258 million as well as the 2018 race which was seen by 4.090 million.
The early rain shower likely hurt the viewership as NASCAR is one of the few live sports on television currently and the event should have dominated as a result.
