The NASCAR Next Gen car makes it’s debut in the digital racing world
Tonight, the NASCAR Cup Series drivers are set to tackle the digital version of Darlington Raceway. NASCAR is also unwrapping the Next Gen car with tonight’s event. We’re set for the eNASCAR Pro Invitational featuring real-world racing drivers.

Drivers are using throwback scheme in this event. Bobby Labonte and Dale Earnhardt Jr have jumped out of retirement to run the event.
Dale Earnhardt Jr and Denny Hamlin line up on the front row. 120 laps of online stock car racing are up next…
Green flag, Dale Earnhardt Jr wins the race into turn one on the bottom.
Anthony Alfredo gets loose behind him and spins to collect Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch. A bigger crash behind them and the caution is out.
Green, Earnhardt leads as Byron takes over 2nd.
Lap 10, caution. Alfredo drove deep into turn three and ran into the bumper of Gase to spin him around. Hamlin is collected once again.
Lap 16, Bobby Labonte has unhooked his computer on accident. He’s out of the race.
Green, Earnhardt leads as Bell takes over 2nd. Byron runs 3rd as the top three run nose to tail around the top in turn three.
Lap 21, Michael McDowell spins and he collects Joey Logano in the process. The caution is out.
Six stay out, including Earnhardt Jr.
Green, Earnhardt leads. Martin Truex Jr pushes up the banking and into Chris Buescher. Truex spins as Buescher is pushed into the wall, no caution.
Lap 32, Corey Lajoie turns James Davison. As Davison spins, he collects LaJoie. Both spin, no caution.
Lap 40, Earnhardt Jr leads but Byron rides within two car lengths.
Lap 48, Earnhardt Jr struggles to get off turn two. Byron looks to the inside and clears him before turn three, Byron leads as Timmy Hill follows him through to take 2nd.
Lap 52, Alex Bowman clips the wall and spins across the track. He collects Cole Custer and others, caution.
Earnhardt Jr leads the field to the pit lane. Timmy Hill wins the race to the pit exit, Earnhardt is out 2nd.
Green, Hill gets the jump on the inside and Byron follows him through to take 2nd away.
Lap 68, Briscoe runs wide in turn three. He brushes the wall while running 3rd, Larson drives under him to take 2nd.
Lap 74, Newman is parked in the middle of the track after contact with Ricky Stenhouse Jr, caution.
Green, Hill gets the jump as Byron spins the tires.
36 go Byron has a run on Hill off turn four. He drives it deep to the bottom in turn one, slides him and clear. Byron leads.
30 to go, Hill looks inside of Byron into turn one but he can’t complete the pass. Alfredo takes over 2nd.
15 to go, Logano clips Austin Dillon and they both crash, caution.
Timm HIll stays out. Everyone else hits the pit lane.
Green flag, Hill and Briscoe run even into turn one. Briscoe gets loose on the outside lane and spins down into Hill. Hill saves it as 15+ cars a wadded up behind them.
Green, Hill leads Alfredo by 4 car lengths into turn one.
Alfredo drives it deep to the bottom in turn three and pulls even with Hill for the lead.
Back in turn one, Erik Jones looks inside of both of them. Three wide for the lead, Erik Jones takes the spot! Hill brushes the wall.
