NASCAR starting lineup for Thursday’s races at Daytona International Speedway
Today, the NASCAR Cup Series field will be split in half for two races at Daytona International Speedway. A single-car qualifying session from Wednesday was used to set the starting lineups for the races.

Wednesday’s qualifying session was used to set the lineups for Thursday night’s qualifying races. However, the top 2 cars from qualifying yesterday will start on the front row of the Daytona 500, regardless of where they finish in the Duel races.
For everyone else, qualifying has been used to set their starting positions in the Daytona Duels. The finish from Duel 1 will set the starting lineup for the inside lane. The finish result from Duel 2 will set the outside row in Sunday’s Daytona 500.
