NASCAR drivers set to run SRX events in 2023

Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer set for multiple SRX in their debut

The Superstar Racing Experience is a short track mini-series created by Ray Evernham and Tony Stewart. The series hosts six races in July and August.

The field has a select number of racers that run every event in a battle for points. Then, many drivers also join the entry list from a wide range of disciplines.

Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer have all been confirmed to run select SRX events in 2023. It will be the SRXC debut for all three drivers.

Kyle Busch
Motor Mile Speedway (July 27)
Berlin Raceway (August 3)

Kevin Harvick
Stafford Motor Speedway (July 13)
Berlin Raceway (August 3)

Clint Bowyer
Stafford Motor Speedway (July 13)
Motor Mile Speedway (July 27)
Lucas Oil Raceway (August 17)

Kevin Harvick comments

“I’ve watched the SRX Series the last couple of years and it looked like a lot of fun,” Harvick told ESPN.

“With the way the schedule worked out, it wasn’t very convenient with my schedule, but this year with it being on Thursdays it was easy to coordinate.”

“I’ve always wanted to race at Stafford Speedway. I’ve had a great relationship with them over the years. … Berlin Raceway is such a historic short track, and has produced some great racers, so having the opportunity to run there really appealed to me.”
