After 10 years, the team is making big changes for 2026
Kaulig Racing first joined NASCAR Xfinity Series (O’Reilly Auto Parts Series) back in 2016.
They have won 27 races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. But, for the 2026 season, the Xfinity side of the operation will be paused.
For the 2026 season, the team has partnered with RAM to field a fleet of trucks in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. They’ll run five entries in the series.

Brenden Queen has already been signed to drive on the of the trucks. Daniel Dye is also expected to remain on the roster.
Kaulig has won two regular-season championships in the Xfinity Series. However, they’ve yet to win a championship 4 title.
In 2025, both full-time drivers Christian Eckes and Daniel Dye missed the playoffs.
Kaulig Racing stated, “Thank you to the Xfinity Series for 10 amazing years, 27 wins, two regular season championships, and a lifetime of memories!”
Ram is looking to make a return to the NASCAR Cup Series in the coming years. When that happens, the Xfinity side of the operation would likely return for Kaulig.
Update: More drivers signed
On Wednesday, the team has announced that Justin Haley and Daniel Dye have also signed to drive for the team in the NASCAR Truck Series for 2026.
They’ll join Brenden Queen as the confirmed drivers for the team.
“Proud to announce I’m returning to [Kaulig], this time with [Kaulig Trucks]! It’s hard to put into words what this means,” Justin Haley wrote on X.
Haley added, “This team believed in me from the very beginning, and to come full circle with people like [Kaulig CEO] Chris Rice and [Kaulig owner Matt Kaulig], who have always supported me like family, means everything. I couldn’t be happier and more proud to return back home with Kaulig and [Ram]!”
“Getting to drive for Kaulig Racing in the Truck Series while representing Ram next year is truly special for me,” Daniel Dye sstated.
Dye added, “Some of my earliest memories are going to and from school and baseball practice in my dad’s Ram pickup, and when it came time for me to get my driver’s license, my first vehicle was a Ram 1500. It’s safe to say Ram has always been a part of my life, so I’m proud to be able to represent them.”
